Melissa Hoffman is the director of one of the largest schools in New Hampshire, the Melissa Hoffman Dance Center, with hundreds of students and an 8,000 square foot facility, which she designed and built. Her more than 30 years of teaching experience combined with her business savvy have led her to a very successful career in dance education.

Melissa is a seasoned and admired business speaker who offers practical strategies to managing a successful team and maintaining the personal approach with a large clientele. Her talent and creativity have led her to develop several respected programs for preschool and children's curriculum which she has presented at Dance Masters chapters, Dance Educators of America, Hollywood Connection, the DanceLife Teacher Conference, the DanceLife Retreat Center and many others.  She was also a regular contributor to Dance Studio Life magazine during its 13-year run, and has been featured in Dance Teacher Now, Dance Magazine, as well as on DanceLifeTV.com.

Melissa is a mom of four young adult children and balances the demands of managing both her family and business.
