Dori Matkowski
Dori Matkowski has a degree in Business and Educational Leadership. She the artistic director and CEO of the Dance Dynamic Performing Arts Center in Walled Lake, Michigan, which she launched in 1982. With hundreds of students flowing through her school, she manages more than 30 teachers and office employees.
Her male dancer program for boys age 6 and up has more than 100 students and she utilizes her space for more than just dance classes, offering Friday Night Dance Parties, Pilates, yoga, acting, voice and more. Dance Dynamics is home to a chapter of the National Honors Society of Dance Arts.
Dori is Senior Director for Nerium International and serves on the board for the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. She is active in the Miss America Organization and is a member of the National Dance Education Association. She has been consulting teachers and studio owners for many years and has presented seminars at the DanceLife Teacher Conference in 2015.

Dori Matkowski is the artistic director and CEO for the Dance Dynamics Performing Arts Center in Michigan since 1982. After her own career in modeling, commercials, videos, dance, stage and acting, she now guides careers for students who are working all over the world as entertainers.
Dori has served on the board for the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce for many years. She has enjoyed directing and choreographing for local musicals. She has experience in every aspect of the Miss America and Miss America Outstanding Teen programs from local to state programs since 1977. She is a member of the National Dance Education Organization and a sponsor for the National Honors Society of Dance Arts.
Dori is on the production team and a casting director for StarStudded Productions. She is the creator and an adjudicator for StarStudded Showcase and Believe & Achieve; in-studio performance & educational opportunities since 2012. She is also a Brand Partner for Neora International. Her degrees are in Business and Educational Leadership. Her students are currently working for Disney, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Cirque Du Soleil, tours, companies, television & movies, Broadway and many shows all over the world. Many of her students are dance captains or choreographers as well as graduates of prestigious universities and conservatories. Dori enjoys consulting and sharing with dance studio owners and teachers for exceptional customer service, challenges and performance teams. Dori is a Certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker.
