Yes you can! As an I.D.E.A. member you are able to register one, two or even all of your faculty at the discounted member rate. The more the merrier.
Yes, you can have staff or faculty members from your school attend on your behalf, although we would love it even more if you joined us!
Absolutely! The conference and cruise are open to studio owners and their faculty and staff. We would love to have you with us for this unique opportunity. There are also many benefits to being an I.D.E.A. member. Learn more about membership.
Yes. At the conference, you can attend the non-business, faculty track. On the cruise, there will also be limited events geared toward dance teachers.
During the conference at the Holiday Inn, wi-fi is complimentary for hotel guests in the I.D.E.A. room block. On the cruise, there are optional wi-fi packages available for an additional cost. Learn more about these options.
Yes. As we are traveling into international waters, you do need a passport. Learn more about this process.
Next to none! As part of the I.D.E.A. Conference group both the resort and water park fee are waived. Of course, there are always additional in-room optional amenities that are not included; be sure to check with the front desk upon arrival for all the details.
Yes, we are offering a ground transportation option to all guests who are attending the cruise or conference/cruise package. The cost for this is $59 per person and will offer transportation to and from the airport and to and from Port Canaveral. You can also make your own transportation arrangements with an individual company if you wish. The Holiday Inn Orlando Resort Waterpark does not offer an airport shuttle.
