$38K-$42K/year

Hours:
Monday-Friday 11am-7pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
About our studio: The Dance Academy is an established, 22 year-old dance studio in Auburndale, MA with over 500+ students and an amazing staff of 20 dance instructors. Our studio has a thriving recreational program, competitive program, and early childhood program. We teach dance of all genres and aim to provide a positive dance experience for all levels, body types, and genders. We believe in the power of dance to make people better and we strive to cultivate passion, growth mindset, and a warm, family-like atmosphere. Goals of this role: • To assist our Director in all organization and planning • To implement systems and processes that will help the studio operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible • To make sure all families feel engaged, informed, and supported • To maintain a high standard of appearance for studio and office environment Primary responsibilities: • Office administration • Project management • Studio scheduling and planning • Facility management • Staff coordination and communication • Building strong studio community You’re right for this job if you: • Are highly organized • Are an amazing planner • Have strong interpersonal skills • Have a sharp memory • Cannot think in clutter or mess • Can be a self-directed, independent worker • Are a problem solver • Like the idea of having a big impact in a small business

Required Qualifications:
Qualifications: • At least 2 years in an executive assistant or office administrator role • Proficient in Microsoft word, office, excel, powerpoint • Proficient with Instagram and Facebook • Experience with any project management software • Bachelor’s degree or higher
