Patty Neal is the founder and CEO of the Dance Spectrum studio in Buffalo, New York, which celebrates its 39th season this year.  Dance Spectrum is home to more than 700 students led by a team of five managers, sixteen teachers, an office staff of four, and 24 class assistants. Her effective management skills have propelled her to become a respected and successful studio owner across the United States and Canada.

Patty started dancing at the age of seven and taught her first dance class at age sixteen. Returning to school in 2014, Patty completed her MBA in the C.E.L. Program at the University of Buffalo's school of Business Management. She shares her business acumen by consulting dance school owners all over the country and recently presented at the 2015 DanceLife Teacher Conference.  Patty is a proud mom of Aubrey and Emma who live and work in NYC and are accomplished dancers and teachers.
