Ginger Haithcox, CDE Facilitator

Ginger Haithcox is a born leader. She graduated with high honors from Douglass College, Rutgers University with a BA in Religion, and a minor in Cultural Anthropology and completed an array of dance, performance, and production courses at Raritan Valley Community College.

For more than 20-years, Ginger served in a variety of nonprofit leadership and management roles. While employed by Girl Scouts of Central and Southern, NJ, she honed her marketing, relationship-building, and technology skills as a Camp Director, increasing camper enrollment by 130%. As a Product Sales Manager, she was responsible for generating approximately 90% of the corporation's annual revenue of $9 million dollars while training and supporting more than 1200 adult volunteers.

In 2005, Ginger capitalized on her love of dance and business savvy and successfully founded Modern Motion, a dance and arts nonprofit that “boosts confidence and nurtures creativity." Modern Motion is more than a dance school, it’s a village of diverse dancers, families, teachers, and friends that embraces the journey of each child dancer as they grow in skill, flexibility, and artistry.

Ginger is a consummate professional, collaborative team player, and creative colleague that consistently delivers programs and products of excellence. In addition to the above, she’s the principal owner of Haithcox Business Solutions, which offers mentoring and support services for aspiring entrepreneurs. With the support of Rhee Gold, internationally recognized speaker, mentor and expert in the field of dance, she created the Certificate of Dance Entrepreneurship for International Dance Entrepreneurs Association (IDEA), to be launched in the fall of 2022.
